Under 21

In the U21 age group, Fox Football Vietnam adopts a full “Play to Win” approach, marking a significant shift in player development. At this stage, rotation is no longer used, and team selection is based on choosing the best players for each position, with the focus on assembling a squad that maximises performance and competitiveness. Factors such as training dedication and attitude are considered alongside technical ability.

Players who are not initially selected are expected to show resilience and determination, using non-selection as motivation to work harder and earn their place in the team.

At this level, the emphasis is placed entirely on specific positions, moving away from the concept of roles altogether. This specialised focus allows players to refine their skills and develop true expertise in their designated position on the pitch.
