Under 10

At this age group, we prioritise the “Play to Develop” approach, where players have the opportunity to cultivate their skills and develop into well-rounded, healthy athletes. Our focus extends beyond shaping them into future football players; we aim to nurture their overall athletic abilities.

To ensure equal participation, our coaches at Fox Football Vietnam implement a rotation system within the age group, guaranteeing that every player receives a fair chance to fully engage with their selected team. We firmly believe that player development takes precedence over results.

During their time in the U10 category, players will be introduced to different roles within the team, with an emphasis on understanding defender, midfielder, and attacker positions rather than being assigned fixed individual positions. Goalkeepers are the only exception to this rule, and with the evolving nature of the game, they are also trained in general technical footwork.
